A flat cancellation charge of ₹500 applies if a confirmed booking is cancelled after a driver has been dispatched or has arrived at your requested pickup location.

Drivers are instructed to adhere strictly to RTO speed limits and traffic rules. Customers cannot compel or pressure the driver to speed, jump traffic signals, or drive on prohibited roads.
If mechanical failure, battery drainage, or punctures occur during duty, the driver will assist with basic troubleshooting/spare tyres. Billable duty hours continue during waiting periods for road assistance.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, cash, laptops, and valuables. Co-Wheel and its drivers are not liable for items left behind or reported missing after completion of the drive.
For late-night drops, at least one conscious passenger must verify directions. In case of interior soiling (vomit, heavy liquid spills), a mandatory deep cleaning charge must be settled immediately with the driver.
All FASTag highway tolls, parking costs, and inter-state permit charges are borne directly by the car owner. The vehicle must be provided with adequate fuel prior to commencement.
Duty calculation starts from the scheduled pickup reporting time. Any initial waiting time on the customer side counts toward booked hours. A 15-minute grace period applies before the next hour (₹150) is billed.
For outstation travel, the client provides 3 regular meals and clean, safe sleeping accommodations for the driver (or an agreed daily meal/boarding allowance if meals are not provided).
For one-way drop bookings, return transit expenses (actual Rapido bike taxi fare for Bangalore city drops, or direct bus/train fare for outstation trips) must be settled upon drop-off.
Transporting illegal contraband, prohibited alcohol across dry borders, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. The vehicle owner/client holds full legal liability in case of police inspection.
The full fare (including extra hours, night charges, return fares, and driver daily batta) must be paid immediately upon trip completion via UPI or Cash before the driver leaves.
